Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as received - unworn and unused, with tags attached, and inside the original barcoded bag. The bag must be intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items sent back to us.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE. If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please request a return and select the exchange option.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please request a return to attach photos. We will then evaluate and promptly respond. Please request a return for a damaged item within two (2) days of receiving it.
Items that are non-refundable
Unfortunately, all sale items and gift cards are ineligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
Refunds
We will initiate your refund once your return is processed and restocked by our warehouse team. Please allow up to ten business days to process your return. Your refund will be credited back to the payment used to make the original purchase. Please remember that it can take 3 or more days for banks to process a refund. There are no restocking fees.
